Business Philosophy

I believe an essential key to success in life and business to be the Golden Rule:  “Treat others how you would like to be treated”. I made a decision back when I first began my career in sales and marketing to always strive to make my clients know that they are my number one priority.

I also believe in an innovative approach to real estate. Whether you’re purchasing a home, or selling your existing property, there are a few things you need to have from any real estate professional you choose to hire. The following is what I’d expect and so should you. What you need is:

Real estate is not all about luck. I listen to my clients and work hard to meet their goals and expectations. I know that a strong work ethic and dedication to the job at hand brings its own luck, and have made a successful business from this.

Personal Background

I was born and raised in Wichita and have lived here with my family for most of my life. I worked for almost 20 years in sales and marketing when I decided to become a real estate agent. Within 3 years I obtained my brokers license and started my own company, Sherwood Realty Inc.  I’m a member in good standing with the Kansas Association of Realtors and the Wichita Area Association of Realtors. The Kansas Real Estate Commission has licensed me since 2000. While my specialty is in reselling homes I also have extensive experience in the new home market. This is a big plus for potential buyers and sellers alike.
